AG Marketing Solutions requires full prepayment with a credit card or company check with all first time orders as well as orders placed by businesses that have not established a line of credit with our company.
To apply for an AG Credit Line please email our accounting department at email@example.com to request a Credit Application. Please allow 7-10 business days after receiving your completed application for processing and credit reference verification.
AG Marketing Solutions requires a 50% down payment for all Website Development and Programming projects. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and release of the project.
Website Development and Programming projects may also require a Development Contract. One of our Website Professionals can explain this during our scope and quote process.
For the majority of our projects, AG Marketing Solutions requires our customers to sign an Art Approval Form. A signed Art Approval Form verifies that our customer has reviewed all of the artwork for the project as well as reviewed the work for any spelling and content errors in the work.
AG Marketing Solutions is dedicated and takes pride in delivering error free work to our customers. This step in our design and print process may be the most important step to ensure your work is delivered to your satisfaction. Please take the time to review all work and information before signing our Art Approval Form.
Once the form is signed, AG Marketing Solutions assumes the project is ready for print and releases responsibility for such errors.
AG Marketing Solutions understands the importance samples play in a successful promotion. We offer three different sample options listed below:
A Product Sample request is made when our customer wants a random sample sent to them so they can "feel and see" the product before ordering. The sample will be shipped either blank or with a random imprint on it. AG Marketing Solutions requires a flat fee of $10.00 for most Product Samples to cover the cost of the item and the ground shipping cost.
If you decide to place an order for that item, you will receive a $10.00 credit on your invoice. On occasions that the cost of samples exceed the $10.00 fee or if quicker, more expensive shipping options are needed, then our Promotional Product Specialists will make you aware of the extra charges before ordering your samples.
Virtual Samples are used to view your logo on the product you desire. Our staff will construct a sample with your logo and email it to you in either a .pdf or .jpg format for you to review.
If you wish to have a virtual sample designed for you, then contact our office at 610-337-8484. Please have the item number and name available as well as an electronic version of your logo. AG Marketing Solutions provides virtual samples for free. If you do not have an electronic version of your logo or art; charges may apply.
Spec Samples are needed when it is important to have the exact item you are requesting, imprinted with the logo you desire. This is the most expensive type of sample and the cost will vary depending on the product and imprint method.
